The new strategy now is to hire investment bankers, bankers, brokers and just regular MBA folks to set up Aurelia Stephen Securities, the investment bank that will syndicate the sale of the $50,000,000,000 investment grade commercial paper. We will be generous with pay to attract talents and set aside bonus sharing. Actually the first bonus will come from the "historical fundraising" IPO underwriting fee after 40% is being set aside for shareholders of Toks, Inc. These recruits will be officers of Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp and Aurelia Stephen Securities that will syndicate the sale of the $50,000,000,000 commercial paper discount issue and the underwriting of the largest IPO in the world—an half a trillion IPO. A behemoth. We are just getting started. We can't wait to notify Guinness World Records (formerly "The Guinness Book of Records") to monitor this IPO. This is not about how much can be raised--this is now "fun" and "sky is the limit" agenda to share with the whole world and let's set a record. Everyone is welcome.

I am looking forward to recruit anyone with investment banking, banking background for Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp and Aurelia Stephen Securities before the senior executives and employees Bank of America, Barclays Bank PLC, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, etc join us at the largest bank in the world, the “new” World Bank in a private sector.
