RE: SLOGAN/TRADEMARK

Dear Sir/Madam:

The slogan and trademark of Aurelia Stephen Trust, Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp will be '"Loaf & Fish" to represent the wonder/miracle of life. Fish is a "symbol" of "good health." Conventional wisdom dictates that one is better off eating fish than meat because of the health issue. Jesus perfomed his own miracle when he fed thousnads with loaves and fishes to the point where folks were filing their baskets and taking the food home.

Also this "Loaf & Fish" slogan/trademark is chosen because of the favorite quotation: "Give a man a fish; you fed him for today. Teach a man to fish; and you have fed him for a lifetime." Just like we established in a letter sent to Mr. Warren Buffett, chairman and chieff executive officer of Berkshire Hathaway and posted on this Web site under the title page "Berkshire Hathaway" that Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp is designed to create jobs for the poor and invest capital raised to improve lives of the poor around the globe. We are not in the business to even "discriminate" or  "stereotype" people as the only group of people that are indigent. Poverty is poverty; and is everywhere.

Poverty is another form of "slavery." To be blunt: "Poverty is Slavery." We abolished "slavery" long time ago but unfortunately "slavery" is still with us through "indigency" and the time has come to abolish this "slavery." Like it or not. Enough of lies and another form of discrimination where folks are quick to proclaim their "largess" to help the poor and such gesture is nothing short of "self-delusion." People are serious about helping the poor, we better implement the act of capitalism where billions and trillions must be invested to change lives. No doubt some idiots may think helping folks that are still washing with their hands to use machines as in washing machine and dryer may contribute to their so-called environmental mumbo jumbos predicaments ("green house" and "global warming"), while they are enjoying the very same technology to meet average standard of "good hygiene." Companies like GE telling us going "green." What does it mean? Nonsense. Who cares about what GE is doing about the "doggone" environment.

We are on a record here. This is "war" now. We will battle any opposition to the end on behalf of the poor. Abolition of slavery was opposed. Supporters of apartheid were against making it illegal to segregate. One is naive if one thinks any "noble" causes will not be opposed. One must not be even surprised that the very people that pride themselves as being "decent" are actually behind opposition to make this world a better place for others to live in.

Toks, Inc. hasn't filed any Notices regarding publicly traded entities being added with United States Securities and Exchange Commission lately because the agenda is when the "master" accounts are set up with Federal Reserve Bank of New York in New York, then we are capable of meeting and observing filing all required papers with SEC and other agencies. It takes money to do these things, and we are attacking this "stubborn" issue.

We are on a "mission" to teach people how to fish, not give them fish.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

/s/
