RE: TC COMPANY IPO IS NOW "SYMBOLIC"
Dear Commission:
Over the course of years papers have been filed manually to reflect hope, tenacity, bitterness, faith, theology, frustration, mistakes, flaws, apprehension, etc about Toks, Inc.'s transaction. This is the first time this very correspondence actually will represent an issue of our generation which is now time to take this very seriously regarding "poverty."
As the founder of Toks, Inc. and the rest of the subsidiaries, I never thought there would come a time where an IPO also known as Initial Public Offering will be the "platform" to launch the "tool" to fight global poverty or say the "tool" to eradicate "poverty." Poverty is a serious issue. Generation after generation created "poverty" and tried to eradicate "poverty" at the same time and most of the time such "tool" never adequate or "inadequate" to curb "poverty."
Toks, Inc. began as just another "dream" of another entrepreneur and now such dream has been channeled by the DIVINE to another path beyond anyone or the very entrepreneur's imagination. We are witnessing the start of "poverty eradication." We must remind ourselves that the same GOD split an ocean into two for people that have been enslaved forever literally, until he stepped in as "enough is enough." This is his VOICE now to accommodate the poor in our society. It will not be done overnight. It took centuries to create "poverty" it will take centuries to eradicate. It will cost trillions, not billions.
TC Company IPO will no longer focus on raising capital anymore. TC Company will now serve as a "symbolic" to extend to an average individual across the globe to purchase shares and become a shareholder of Toks, Inc. which will lead to a spinoff of the banks acquired to form Aurelia Stephen Banc Corp, the largest bank in the world purposely formed to create jobs through aggressive investments to aid the poor. This is like saying raising money for a "charity" and this "charity" is the largest "charity" in the world and the donors will become "investors/shareholders" of this great "tool" we are setting up to eradicate "poverty" and hopefully pass such "tool" to next generations. Job creations will embrace the "slogan/trademark" as outlined inside the title page "Slogan:Loaf & Fish" on posted on this Web site. The future agenda is all shareholders of Toks, Inc. that own 40% of the bank will get a chance one day to buy shares in largest bank in the world dedicated to the poor. This is not a bank for the "rich." There will be plenty of banks left for the rich. On one note: this is nothing against the rich. Society allows people to seek fortune. We are applying such decorum to aid the poor. Another irony.
We will not determine the numbers of shares at this stage, anymore. Our message across the globe now is an average individual as a working person is allowed to buy shares when the time comes in order to lend a "voice" of our generation to launch the "tool" to eradicate "poverty" and this "tool" will be passed on to next generation after generation to continue the "torch" burning--just like the Olympic "torch." This IPO will be designed for any individual to pass such "noble" experience to the next generation. This IPO is to say enough of lies, "self-delusion," "manipulation," etc at the expense of the "poor," the "afflicted," etc. Of course, certain elements of this IPO will remain as the largest IPO, minute-by-minute reality show documentary, Guinness book of record, etc. It will still be the largest IPO of its kind because this is a "symbolic" IPO now. This is not an IPO to sell to the few. This is not "Wall Street IPO." This is the true "IPO" as it normally supposed to be.
This current Commission is on a verge of going down in history to declare this IPO "effective" for sale to the public when the time arrives. We must remember that the irony here is this is the very transaction division of enforcement of SEC nearly destroyed. It is one of the greatest "ironies" of all time in the history of "Capitalism."
As the founder and an entrepreneur I still harbor some "bitterness" which is good. Moses was bitter considering what he witnessed in terms of slavery. Mother Teresa was bitter considering her own observation of "poverty"--to the point of doubting the existence of GOD, which an average person would still believe Mother Teresa died believing in GOD. I harbor this bitterness because of one belief, I have every right to be productive and choose a career am comfortable with. No one possesses any power or authority to determine what I can do or cannot do with my life. This is the reason why "slavery" and "fascism" were abolished because we believe the "other guy" has right, too.
People have every right to disagree with one another, but no one has the right to deny others that will agree. Tobacco industry is allowed to conduct business legally and sell tobacco, a legal product. Investors are allowed to invest in this industry (tobacco). Consumers are allowed to patronize this industry (tobacco). People are even allowed to make a living in this industry (tobacco). Why should any individual think they possess the ultimate right to say NO on behalf of everyone. A great deal of folks would now love to be part of this great transaction. Bitterness is good as long as one can channel such bitterness to something positive. The Commission can just view the "Litigation" page on this Web site and see such "bitterness" well and alive. But what kept me going is the great opportunity to be part of this great transaction and the enormous joy that I am the chosen one to lead.
No amount of bitterness can overcome such "fate."
Thank you.
Sincerely,
/s/
