Weyerhauser Company: Renamd Toks Paper (combining International Paper & Weyerhauser)

Wendy's International Inc.: Will just be another wholy-owned subsidairy along with McDonald's. They will operate separately.

Whole Foods Market Inc.: Renamed Toks Gourmet

Yahoo, Inc.: No decision yet, looks like assets and opeartions of Yahoo and AOL will be consolidated. 

Yum ! Brands, Inc.: Renamed under "Toks Fast Foods" and a wholly-owned subsidiary.

In order for shareholders to benefit from this transaction a great deal, most acquired entities that will be renamed by Toks, Inc. while other assets are sold as recommended by regulators and initiated by the company, most operations must be renamed in order to accommodate the very assets of Toks, Inc., an entity that will trade publicly and owned by shareholders across the globe, but based in New York, New York, USA. This is a United States publicly traded entity.

The reason why Apple is not renamed is it will be part of the holding company and Apple’s operations and products will be used to provide investments to fight poverty across the globe. The campaign will be “Fight Against Global Poverty.” This is the reason why the holding company will own the banks and investment banking, insurance, steel, entertainment & media and real estate operations; plus Apple’s tech to create jobs for the “needy” and the “disadvantaged” across the globe.
